Responsibilities
• Developing an index of existing CM education/CPD providers and courses available
• Identifying gaps in the current provision of CM education, including undergraduate/post-graduate programmes and CPD
• Recommending solutions for filling gaps including the identification of suitable authors for new or revised material
• Encouraging education providers (universities, colleges, training bodies) to develop/deliver CM education programmes
• Collaborating with BINDT’s and other national societies working group on education to ensure a co-ordinated approach for the development of education and CPD material
• Identifying suitable education deliverers
• Promoting CM education and CPD - worldwide
• Organising educational seminars in liaison with the conference and seminar department
• Encouraging the preparation of educational papers for inclusion in the annual CM/MFPT conference
• Encouraging CM education providers to become Affiliate Members of the ISCM
• Liaising with other ISCM committees in the furtherance of the above.
